WANDERING WARDS · READY FOR THE CALL

Privacy Policy

Effective November 7, 2026

Mark Ward, operating as Wandering Wards (“we,” “us”), operates Ready for the Call at readyforthecallapp.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the app, RV service intake forms, and the Wandering Wards service-intake text program. The current texting pilot covers the owner’s business.

Information we collect

Do not submit payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical records, account passwords, or information unrelated to your RV service inquiry. Avoid including other people or private documents in attachments.

How we use information

We use information to collect and organize service requests, help the selected technician prepare and arrange service, maintain business records, authenticate users, deliver requested intake texts, record consent and delivery, honor opt-outs, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service from misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or authorize repair charges.

Who receives information

Intake details and attachments are available to the business and authorized technician responsible for that request. Authorized application administration may access information when needed to operate or support the service. Separate business workspaces restrict routine access to each business’s records.

We use service providers to operate the app: Vercel for hosting; Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Resend for account-related email delivery; and, when connected, Twilio and telecommunications carriers for text delivery. These providers process information needed to perform their services. An intake link sent by text is processed as part of that message. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to rights and safety.

Mobile information and SMS consent: We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to other businesses or used for unrelated campaigns. Necessary processing by providers that deliver and support the requested service is limited to those service functions.

Service-intake texts and your choices

Texting is optional. Before a Wandering Wards intake text is sent, the technician must obtain your agreement by phone or in person and record that agreement in the app. The program sends one intake text per agreed service request, containing the intake link. It does not include marketing. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out. For help or an alternative way to provide your details, call 406-438-1232. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from requesting RV service. The current app does not provide a monitored two-way customer chat inbox; contact the technician directly for service questions. This service is not monitored for emergencies.

Cookies, storage, and intake links

Signed-in business users use authentication cookies, and the app uses browser session storage to remember the selected workspace. A customer does not need an account to submit an intake form. Customer intake links expire after seven days and accept one submission. Expiration of a link does not delete a submitted service record. Treat an unused intake link as private and do not post it publicly.

Retention and security

We retain service records, attachments, account information, and messaging records as needed for service operations, support, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Records are not automatically erased when a job is completed or a link expires. We may retain consent and opt-out records to document permission and prevent unwanted messages.

The app uses authenticated business access, private file storage, temporary file-access links, and HTTPS. These measures reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy requests

Call 406-438-1232 to request access, correction, or deletion of information, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the business responsible for your service record. Some information may need to be retained for security, consent, opt-out, or legal recordkeeping reasons. Changing details in a submitted request requires contacting the technician; the intake link cannot edit an existing submission.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date when our practices change. This policy describes the current service; future messaging features or additional business programs may require updated disclosures and separate consent.
